Refund policy
All goods purchased on the online store www.beautyplace.lv are covered by a warranty, and buyers have the right of withdrawal according to Latvian legislation, which stipulates that when shopping online, the buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods (Cabinet Regulation No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts").
RETURN OF GOODS:
The buyer must inform us of their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, by notifying the online store via email at info@1pro.lv or by calling +371 22005010.
Withdrawal can only be requested by presenting a purchase confirmation document (receipt, invoice, delivery note, or receipt). When returning the product, it must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods, while exercising the right to refuse".
Beautyplace.lv reserves the right to refuse the buyer's right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in the case of tampered packaging or damaged goods. Beautyplace.lv does not accept returns if the product is not in its original packaging or if its original packaging is significantly damaged. Goods cannot be returned if their expiration date has passed.
Cosmetics cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened or significantly damaged.
The product cannot be returned if it is manufactured or specially ordered according to the buyer's instructions or if it is an unsuitable item that cannot be returned by its nature, including if it quickly deteriorates or expires or if its expiration date has passed.
Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be determined cannot be returned. For example, mascara or serum, the storage time of which is short and directly depends on the day the packaging is opened (the package has a "opened package" sign, indicating that the expiration date starts from the moment the packaging is opened).
In the case of a return, the buyer covers the shipping costs, except in cases where the reason for the return is non-conformity or defect (sprayer does not work, lid is broken, glass is cracked, etc.).
BEAUTY PLACE GROUP OU Branch in Latvia guarantees the return of the money to the buyer, after receiving the returned package, as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 calendar days.

In the letter, we recommend providing as detailed a description as possible of the reason for the withdrawal and do not forget to indicate your contact information and order number. We will contact the applicant within 3 working days.
