How to use

1. To use after the process of perming, fixing and InLei® dye

2. Apply the Filler along the entire length of the eyelashes with the brush InLei® Picasso.

3. Leave on for 1/2 min until completely absorbed.

4. Proceed with washing the glue and dye residues with the help of InLei® Magic Mousse
